Adult Jazz Groove - All Ages & Levels

Tuesdays 7:45-8:30pm February 28th-March 28th

This class combines stretching, jumps, rhythm and various styles of movement, with an introduction to some Grooving, Housing & more.

Stretch & Release - All Ages & Levels

Tuesdays 8:30-9:00pm February 28th-March 28th

Give yourself a moment to check in with your body's needs in our "Stretch & Release" class.  This 30 minute class is a perfect way to end an evening with a great stretch and a mindful moment for you.

Cardio Kickboxing - All Ages & Levels

Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm March 2nd-March 30th

A great way to relieve stress and tension!  This aerobic class combines boxing, aerobic and strengthening exercises to increase flexibility, balance, strength and coordination.  

Tap  - All Ages & Levels

Fridays 7:00-7:45pm March 3rd-March 31st

Brush off those tap shoes. In this all level class students will learn to understand rhythm and timing while working on footwork and agility.

Movement  - All Ages & Levels

Fridays 7:45-8:15pm March 3rd-March 31st

Come take class for you!  Get back to moving while learning lyrical combinations.

Ballet Burn - All Ages & Levels

Saturdays 9:00-9:45am March 4th-April 1st

This class focuses on ballet technique with cardio infused exercises.  It is a full head to toe workout!
