Lauren began her dance training at the age of 4 with Dance Spectrum.  Throughout her training, she had the opportunity to take challenging classes, work with talented teachers and choreographers, and perform in a variety of settings. These experiences helped shape her not only as a dancer, but also as a teacher and mentor, giving her a strong appreciation for the dedication and passion that go into a dancer’s journey.  After years of training and performing, Lauren transitioned into teaching and has spent the past 16 years as an instructor at Dance Spectrum.
