Lauren began her dance training at the age of 4 with Dance Spectrum, where she developed her skills through the Company Program, gaining valuable experience through challenging classes and performance opportunities. She later transitioned into teaching and has spent the past 15 years as an instructor at Dance Spectrum, specializing in Hip Hop, Lyrical, Jazz, and Tap.

Lauren’s teaching philosophy focuses on creating a positive and supportive classroom environment while sharing her passion for dance. She encourages her students to push beyond their limits and strive for more than they ever thought possible. Lauren is known for her engaging and dynamic classes, as well as her award-winning choreography.

In addition to her accomplishments in dance, Lauren earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Canisius University in 2013.
