Hello everyone! My name is Lauren and I’m so excited to be teaching at Dance Spectrum next season! I’m currently studying Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo with a concentration in Physical Therapy. I started dancing at Dance Spectrum when I was 2 years old and then joined the intensive team in 3rd grade. I then joined the Company team 2 years later. I danced at Dance Spectrum for a total of 15 years and graduated in 2024 as a member of the Company team. I’ve always found Dance Spectrum to be my second home and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join this amazing staff!
